Happy Father’s Day

I had a great dad. He loved my mother, loved his six children and provided us with a Christian home and environment. I still miss him. I want to say “Thank you” to all of you men who work hard at being dads. It is not an easy task but it is certainly a rewarding one. Seeing the love in the eyes of my children and grandchildren repays anything I have done through the years and I know many of you feel the same way. We have a loving Heavenly Father who did everything He could to show His love to us. My goal is to do the best I can to show love to those in my family and others whom I come in contact with in my life. Not everyone is lovable. But, the decision to love is not dependent on how others act or believe. I love because Jesus first loved me and gave Himself for me. I am thankful for the earthly father I had. I am overwhelmed by the love shown to me by my Heavenly Father.
Happy Father’s Day.
